This morning, the kids and I went to have brunch with my very good friends, Gabby, Connie and Cynthia. along with Anisa's little friend Tavian. After brunch, Connie, Tavian, Cynthia and I decided to go to Windmill Farms which is right off the 101 freeway in Nipomo. Ive been back in my hometown for nearly 4 years now and have never stopped by. Its a cute little windmill looking farm/country store. We took the kids so they can pick a pumpkin. I had no idea that they had animals to feed as well. Anisa loved it. She loves animals in general. They were all friendly enough for her to pet and even had chickens running around. For a second, it reminded me of when i was little and having to dodge chickens every two seconds to get from one place to another.
When we were done feeding the animals, we took a walk into the store and around the garden looking at all the neat garden decor. Tavian and Anisa each picked pumpkins. I had Anisa pick some small decorative pumpkins, mainly because its Noah's first Holloween and I wanted Armando to be with us. This was a spur of the moment outting.
Even though its small and simple this is definitley a place to revisit!!!
